Pierres Caraibes, established in St. Martin since December 1998, founded by Lesley Reed is a fully licensed real estate company on the French side of St. Martin and guaranteed by the SOCAF ( Societe de Caution Mutuelle des Professions Immobilieres et Foncieres).
Our company specializes in sales and villa rentals and we also offer a management service and advice on property investment. We currently include in our listings, properties rangeing from one bedroom apartments right through to luxury villas up to a value of 5 million dollars, located in the prestigious Terres Basses area on the French side of St. Martin. As a licensed French realtor we are also able to list Dutch side properties. Since 2002 we are the official affiliates to Christie’s Great Estates for both French St. Martin and Dutch Sint Maarten.
Our brand new stylish offices are located in central Marigot, a prime location in the new Plaza Caraibes building (also home to Hermes, Air France and Ralph Lauren ).Our team is made up of 7 young and dynamic staff members and is multi-lingual, speaking French, English and Spanish.
