Villa rentals are becoming increasingly popular in today’s travel industry as discerning travelers discover the many benefits of renting a vacation home.

Renting your own villa allows you all the comforts of home whilst vacationing in a beautiful & relaxed environment. Your Villa Wish list

Pierres Caraibes can assist you in finding the perfect villa for your vacation needs When choosing your villa please consider the following criteria:

Try to book your villa as far in advance as possible: to ensure availability and also because many villas offer a 10 % “Early Bird” discount  for bookings made well in advance.

Please note that prices vary according to the seasons. Villa rates are the highest over the holiday season. High Season runs from Dec 15 – April 14 and the lowest rates are from April 15 – Dec. 14. Many villas offer special rates throughout the high and low seasons and certain villas offer multiple rates, ie. The possibility of renting a 4 bedroom villa but only paying for the use of 2 bedrooms.

Booking your villa

In order to confirm your reservation we require a 25 % deposit; due within 14 days of the contract date and final payment is payable 45 days prior to arrival. We accept payment by certified check, major credit cards (Visa & Master card) and wire transfers.

Damage Deposit

We do require a damage deposit for all our villas.  This is simply to encourage our clients to take care of their rental property and to protect the owners from any damage or loss that may occur during the client's rental stay. Please note that we do NOT debit your credit card but simply keep the information on file.

Guests’ Services

Our Concierge will contact you prior to your departure to assist with all your destination needs including airport transfers and vehicle rentals. The Concierge will also introduce you to a number of available services and activities that can be arranged to ensure you get the most out of your precious vacation time.    If one of the goals of your getaway is to view local real estate opportunities, we are pleased to offer you a range of real estate services including off-market listings.

Arrival procedure

We provide a complimentary airport transfer. On arrival at the airport our driver will be there to meet you and escort you to your villa. You will be welcomed at the villa by one of our villa greeters to provide you with keys and villa briefing. We can also assist you with a departure transfer if required ($40 fee).

We provide all our guests on arrival with a 24hr contact number for any assistance required and also a concierge number should you require assistance with reservations, excursions etc.

Villa Check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 12pm.

Included in the weekly villa rate are the following:

• Maid service 6 days a week with Sundays and bank holidays off
• Pool man 2 times per week
• Gardeners regularly
• Utilities (water, electricity)
• BBQ gas / charcoal – not applicable to apartments
• WIFI internet connection where applicable
• Local land line and cell phone call
• Basic provisions upon arrival
• Bed linens, towels and beach towels
• 1 arrival airport to villa transfer
